This place exceeded my expectations in terms of its location, which is somewhat outside of both the main tourist area and the bustling Taksim Square. It is situated in the lively Lalali district, a commercial area with plenty of shops dealing in textiles. The hotel offers several convenient services such as room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter. The housekeeping staff ensured that the hotel was clean and tidy, and I appreciated having access to shops and medical facilities on-site. The room itself was of average size, but the bathroom was spacious and clean with nice hot water. I also enjoyed the in-room amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a hairdryer. The television and Wi-Fi provided entertainment options, and the dining experience in the hotel's restaurant was satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast offered a decent selection.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms that are well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff members always ready to assist. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, ensuring a great start to the day. the hotel offers a range of facilities and room advantages, including airport transfers and free sightseeing tours, providing excellent value for money.
The only downside is the lack of a coffee maker in the rooms.
